Unstable Cluster

Unstable Cluster, drops a lvl 50 Great Katana the only multi hit Great Katana you can obtain as SAM. This weapon can be used all the way up to 75 providing you compensate with other gear.

NM type; Trio Bomb

NM lvl; 56-57 (lvl 50 cap zone)

NM Location; Riverne - Site #B01 (lvl 50 cap)

NM Tips: Spawned by trading a Clustered Tar to the ??? in the back of the cave at J-9; the cave entrance is at southeast corner of I-9. The ??? reappears 15 minutes after the NM dies.
Item Drops: Soboro Sukehiro drops ~50% of the time. If you fight the NM on Firesday it seems to drop more frequently than 50%
Killable by: A balanced group (mages, Paladin tank, melee with Ninja subjobs) of at least 6 characters in this level 50 capped area; Stun is necessary to prevent Self-Destruct.
Can be killed with no casualties by a party of well-equipped Summoners using Carbuncle and meds.
Special Attacks: Permanent Blaze Spikes, normal Cluster specials. Attacks per round are equal to the amount of bombs remaining in the Cluster i.e. Triple Attack at pop, Double Attack if one bomb Self-Destructs.
About 10,000 HP.

Where do you get the clustered tar? Or did I need read the posting all the way. I can come as my 50 BLU with head butt for stun if we can plan some runs on CoP missions to get the Riverne Sites unlocked. Let me know it would be nice to be able to help the ls for a change.

The Tar can be farmed fairly easily from cluster near spawn point so not to bad to farm once there.
